Moreton Island - Terms and Conditions

Payment

• Prices include GST and is in Australian Dollars
• A $200 Resort Booking and Administration fee will be added to all quotes
• Minimum stays apply throughout the year
• 2 night minimum stay - non peak
• 3 night minimum stay - non peak school holidays
• 4 night minimum stay - peak school holidays
• $300 deposit within 7 days of booking ($500 for peak time bookings).
• Balance remaining payable One Month prior to holiday (2 Months prior to holiday for all Christmas, Easter, and other school holiday bookings)
• Costs of international products or services may be subject to currency fluctuations and local taxes
• A charge of AU$25 will be added to all international bookings per transaction.
• This booking is not commissionable to registered travel agents.
• In the event that the accommodation room has been either damaged, whether such damage is wilful or not, or left in an ecsessively untidy state, in the sole discretion of "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. Management the guest hereby authorises as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. Management to enter a debit on the credit card provided or $500 cash deposit provided upon check in, and the guest hereby authorises "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. to do so.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to book using this Online Booking System.
• "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. does not accept liability for errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time
• "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of this website or for any products or services purchased from this website.
• "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. makes no warranty or representation about the suitability of any product or service advertised on this web site.
• It is recommended that all bookings made via this website are reconfirmed at least 72 hours prior to travel.

Resort Condtitions

• The customer may be required to provide photo ID upon check in
• All reasonable attempts to respect the rights and enjoyment of other resort guests will be made.
• The Dolphin Feeding Program operates to strict guidelines, therefore restrictions on feeding apply.
• Villas are cleaned before and after your stay (More frequent cleaning and/or linen packs available at cost).
• NO pets allowed (national parks regulation) 
• Check in 1pm, check out 10am (sharp)
• It is not necessary to contact the resort reception upon arrival, just proceed to your villa from the ferry

Cancellations and Refunds

• Unfortunately, circumstances sometimes occur, where our guests have to cancel their holiday. We try to be fair in these circumstances, but we may reduce your deposit refund by $100 to cover our advertising costs.
• If the cancellation is after your “final payment due” date (shown on your deposit receipt), all of your deposit may be forfeited. Please notify us as early as possible of a cancellation, so that we have a chance to re-book, so that there is less chance of financial loss to you or us
• It is the responsibility of the guest to notify "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. of any changes and cancellations to the booking made via this website. Cancellation fees apply.

1. If cancelled 14 days or more from arrival day (30 days for Queensland and New South Wales school holiday periods), 30% of total booking is chargeable.
2. If cancelled between 3 and 14 days from arrival date, 30% of total bookings is chargeable.
3. If cancelled 2 days or less from arrival dates, 50% of total booking is chargeable.
4. If cancelled on the date of travel and/or no cancellation notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Travel Recommendations

• "Majestic on Moreton" trading as Involve Evolve Pty Ltd. recommends that all travelers obtain travel insurance against cancellation or amendment fees, theft, loss or damage of personal luggage and effects as well as providing sufficient medical cover.
